
05 Aug Thoughts On Creatine…and other things!
Many people ask me about ‘supplements’ and what to take for this that or the other thing. They know I deep dive on products and only take or recommend very high-quality items from direct sources.
The body knows how to work. Taking something that is full of fillers and has next to zero absorption is a waste of money. The goal of health is not to shut down your natural systems and organs by shots, pills, powders, shakes and bars. It is to learn and understand your body, where it’s at, how it got there and how to turn that around. The goal is to consume nutrition that helps the system regulate, organs clean and detox, repair and heal.
So, while many think “what pill, powder, shake or bar” do I take – I think what FOOD?!
The human body is MADE to work perfectly and in full HEALTH. It’s not toxin deficient, it is nutrient deficient, it’s a knowledge deficiency.
Entirely too many are walking the earth not ever actually FEELING healthy. I did it for a too long as well, but never again.
People call it ‘aging’ while I call it b.s.!!!
Being in pain, weakness, achy, foggy brained, overwhelmed, insomnia, constipation, depressed, etc., is not aging.
If I and my clients can reverse all these symptoms and then some – so can you. I am talking thyroid reversal, rheumatoid arthritis, adrenal fatigue, get off all sorts of unnecessary rx’s they decide to stop taking or wean off. And, no, I am not a doctor – that is entirely their decision that they simply realize on their own and I can help them on my end continue to heal their body.
It also proves the point: “genetics simply loads the gun… however a constant inflammatory lifestyle will pull the trigger.”
It is a well known fact and it happens all the time here, that you can actually de-age the body and make it more vibrant and health-full.
I always say first: “Ya know, there’s a FOOD for that” that the human body recognizes and won’t feel as though it’s under attack. I would advise stop getting your chain yanked by scrolling tik tok or Instagram for products. Food and nutrients are good, chemical products are not.
Like I mentioned, we don’t have a deficiency in chemical-laden, toxic processed bars, drinks, powders and other products.
We have a lack of understanding how our body works and the nutrients to consume to make it healthy and well.
It’s not rocket science, it’s pure logic in how the human body works. No secrets here. Just growth, just results, personal knowledge and self-empowering habits that puts the joy and spark back in ya and starts to make ya giddy up again! What’s not to love there!? Ha!
The body was made to lift things and be in movement all day long. It’s said that the new ‘smoking’ IS sitting and so many live that way day in and day out most of their day and night.
OY! I keep digressing. It’s my passion – I can’t help myself.
But back to CREATINE! It has been popping up again and I just roll my eyes. (as far as protein goes, ugh… don’t even get me started!)
IYKYK.
Here are some natural sources of foods to eat for creatine production.
All meats should be grass fed AND finished (that means no-injections of any kind).
I get all my meat, eggs, raw milk, etc., from three local farms. Every year one of them even has a fresh caught seafood extravaganza around October. I personally don’t eat fish.
Red meat
Pork
Veal
Herring, Salmon, Tuna steaks – the REAL kind, preferably you should be detoxing metals and environmental toxins is you eat a lot of fish.
Eggs
Avocados
Bananas
Raw milk
I as well as my clients already eat all of these things! (except the fish for moi)
The constant deluge of junk creates the illness and disease fires. Stop feeding it and it stops, rests and begins to trust you again.
Creatine is beneficial for maintaining muscle mass and strength, improving bone density, and potentially enhancing cognitive function. So are a lot of other things!
Learning how to CORRECTLY use equipment and free weights at a gym is imperative to gaining strength from the inside out (ligaments, tendons, muscles connect to your bones).
It is IMPERATIVE to aging well. Want your joints to stop hurting? Stop feeding it inflammatory fake foods and lift weight safely… start where you are at. In other words, are you middle age? overweight? weak? Start from there, not training for football or basketball.
We don’t jump around and pretend we’re training for anything here except reversing damage and learning things.
Most of my clients are out of shape, over weight and middle-aged. Harassing and abusing a body that is already under great duress will never help it. Ever. It basically does not trust you to take care of it, so it ‘lives’ in a constant state of strife (fight or flight mode).
When there is all this delicious and nutritious food to consume… WHY on earth would you put a highly processed synthetic powder inside your gorgeous human body?
Please begin to understand, when you put toxins and chemicals (ultra-processed junk) inside the human body – it will break. It’s only a matter of time.
Once the body is no longer consuming toxins and chemicals it will respond like a champ – and let’s just say YOU will be astounded at how quickly it will respond and “Thank YOU” for finally putting something inside that it can utilize and relax a little.

The kids are back in school (not that that should be an excuse, however). It is time to put your health and aging well on the front burner, and learn how to keep it there. We all have bumps in the road of our life. Having true health back and having that vitality spark again makes all the crapola that pops up easier to handle and get through.
Remember the old saying “Put YOUR mask on first then help others”… If you are running on empty – nothing will work as it should. It simply makes life harder to handle well and it is destructive to the body.
